	ABOUT THE DOCTOR:   Dr. Matthew D. Cusumano grew up on Long Island, New York. He received his bachelor of science degree from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT. He received his Doctorate of Osteopathy from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY, his internship at Long Beach, NY and completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Rusk/New York University Medical Center. Dr. Cusumano is Board Certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He scored within the top five percent of his class and received honors in multiple courses in medical school.
