  ABOUT THE DOCTOR:
  Dr. Rodriguez is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in Hand/Upper Extremity and Micro Surgery. He graduated Cum Laude from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA where he received his B.S. in Bio-chemistry. He continued his education and graduated in 1988 from the Tulane Medical School. Dr. Rodriguez is a professor at Northside Hospital where he plays an intricate part in the continuing education of medical students allowing them to shadow him in clinic and in surgery. He is also a member of several medical committees including the Orthopaedic Trauma Team at Bayfront Medical Center, the Surgical Evaluation Team at Northside Hospital and he is a member of the expert witness team for the AAOS. Dr. Rodriguez has worked as team physician for NBA team, the Atlanta Hawks and NFL team, Atlanta Falcons.

In his spare time he enjoys wind surfing, scuba diving, snow skiing and playing the guitar. Dr. Rodriguez and his wife reside in the Tampa Bay area with their three children.
